After the return from the xmas/family break I'm working again in the warm cellar. During the wiring of the dash board no obstacles appeared. I just needed to replace the screws for my home-made lamp sockets with thinner ones, otherwise the terminals on the wires were not fitting.

The wiring of the rear fender was much more nerve cracking. Thanks god, finally I was able to fiddle those stupid two wires for the tail light into the correct position. Furthermore I replaced the srews of my aftermarket tail lamp by other srews, which are more similar towards the original screws.

The assembly of the clutch is of more robust nature. I had to modify the nut of the clutch gear, otherwise the complete clutch would have to much play. I cutted a thread into the primary chain oiler to fix him proper (see the small copper pipe on the pictures). For now I do not activate the primary chain oiler until the bike is running in a smooth way.

During the assembly of the front wheel I also needed to modify the new axle slightly, in order to fit into the exiting parts. Assembling the rear wheel hub offered no further surprises. I mean, every part needs a little rework - or should I say attention?

Anyhow, the current restoration phase is somehow strange. On one side you're able to see progress day by day. Thats encouraging. It makes me happy to see how the bike get assembled.
On the other hand, during tidy-up of the garage, when I'm done with the work for today, there is also a certain kind of sadness. I already know, once the bike is ready assembled, I will miss this kind of work. But - fortunately - there is still some work left over...
